The BAE + West Coast Workout (WCW) RX

WCW Method

Alternate days of BAE workouts with WCW workouts. This RX will dynamically train your core and upper body one day and your lower body and core the next. We think a good goal is to gradually work up to this schedule of workouts: Day One BAE BANDS / Day Two  WCW "Best of the West” / Day Three BAE WEIGHTS / Day Four WCW West Coast Barre / Day Five BAE BANDS / Day 6 your favorite West Coast Workout / Day 7 REST   Regardless of your selection, you’re going to get beautiful results as long as you stay committed.

Optimize Your Workout

No equipment is necessary for our "West Coast Barre” workouts, however, it's helpful to use a stable surface like a counter top or a tall piece of heavy furniture for balance and push up exercises.
